What is timeLe?
timeLe ist ein System, das aus einem vorkonfigurierten Tablet zur Zeiterfassung und Nutzer-Chips besteht. Die Technologie erfasst dabei berührungslos, wenn ein Team-Mitglied kommt, geht oder Pause macht. Im Homeoffice oder Außendienst genügt ein Fingertipp auf die timeLe-App. Mit dieser App können Sie Dienstpläne erstellen, Nutzer anlegen und Ihr System anpassen. Das System ist jederzeit erweiterbar, wenn Sie z.B. neue Mitarbeiter einstellen oder wenn Sie ihre Firma durch einen neuen Standort vergrößern. Über eine Schnittstelle zu DATEV, Excel und dem Portal für Steuerberater können Sie die Daten auch für die externe Auswertung zugänglich machen.

Instead of actively holding the chip up to a sensor as before, the timeLe tablet conveniently registers people via contactless Bluetooth. In the home office and field service, all it takes is a tap on the free timeLe app.
